These terms set out the conditions for using the RunUs app and related services (the "Service") provided by RunUs, the running crew of Yonsei University ("the operators"), and the rights and obligations of members and operators.

1. Purpose and definitions

The “Service” means every feature the RunUs app provides — schedules, attendance, records, community and so on.
A “member” means a user who has completed sign-up and been approved by the operators.

2. Sign-up and eligibility

The Service is for members of Yonsei University. Student verification (a student ID check) is required to join.
Sign-up runs in this order: enter the join code → complete your profile → student verification → operator approval.
You can log in with Kakao, Apple or an email account.
Using someone else’s information or entering false information may result in refusal of sign-up or loss of membership.

3. What the Service provides

Scheduled crew runs and attendance check-in (GPS location check plus an on-site code)
Run, personal best and flash run proofs, with attendance and fine totals
Community features such as notices and the crew feed (posts, comments, likes)

4. Member obligations

Attendance and record proofs must be truthful. Forged proofs and checking in on someone else’s behalf are prohibited.
You may not post content that defames, insults or offends others, or that violates the law.
Your account is for your use only. Transferring or lending an account is prohibited.

5. Attendance requirement and fines

The monthly requirement is four runs in a full season and three in a half season, counting at most two per day.
Attendance combines check-ins at official events, approved run proofs, and flash runs that meet the recognition criteria.
Falling below the requirement may incur a fine under the crew rules. Dormant members are exempt from fines.
The exact amount and payment method follow the crew rules and in-app notices.

6. Prohibited content and enforcement (zero tolerance)

RunUs has zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive users.
The following are prohibited: abusive or insulting language, discriminatory or hateful speech, sexually explicit material, violent or threatening content, spam and advertising, and anything that infringes the rights of others or breaks the law.
Every post and comment can be reported, and you can block any other user. Blocking instantly removes that person’s posts, comments, photos and likes from your feed.
Operators review every report within 24 hours of receipt, remove violating content, and suspend or eject the member who posted it.
Accounts that violate this section may be suspended or deleted without prior notice.
Copyright in content remains with its author. Content may be used within the scope of operating and promoting the Service.

7. Changes to and suspension of the Service

Operators may change or discontinue the Service as needed. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
The Service may be temporarily unavailable for unavoidable reasons such as natural disasters or system failures.

8. Leaving and loss of membership

You may leave at any time using the account deletion feature in the app.
If you breach these terms or obstruct the running of the crew, operators may restrict your use or end your membership.
Handling and destruction of personal information follow the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

Operators are not liable for accidents or injuries occurring during running or other physical activity, except where caused by their intent or gross negligence.
Disputes between members are to be resolved between the parties concerned.

10. Changes to these terms, and contact

If these terms change, we will announce it in the app or on this page before the change takes effect.
